1. Overview of GH3030 nickel-based high-temperature alloy:
GH3030 is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution reinforced high-temperature alloy. Its chemical composition is simple below 800℃ and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity, and has good antioxidant, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is single-phase austenite, and the structure is stable during use. The main products are cold-rolled thin plates, which can also supply deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and pipes. Mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components that operate below 800°C and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100°C but bear very small loads.

2. The standards for cold-drawn wire materials for hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, cold-rolled strips, pipes, wires and cold heading are stipulated: ω(Fe)≤1.00%, ω(P)≤0.015%, ω(S)≤0.010%, ω(Pb)≤0.001%, and ω(Cu)≤0.007%."
3. GH3030 nickel-based high-temperature alloy heat treatment system:
The solution temperature is 980~1020%℃. The cooling pipeline is air-cooled for hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled thin plates and ring blanks. The wire materials for cold heading and cold-pulled rods are water-cooled or air-cooled, and the pipes are water-cooled.

1. The rod and ring are damaged and delivered without heat treatment;

2. The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forging and the final forging temperature;
